Jumeirah Lakes Towers
Cluster A to Cluster Z, a hand wash in your basement bay from AED 249, lit by our own LEDs and booked in one WhatsApp message.
Does a mobile car wash come to JLT?
Every day. Apex Core is the car wash JLT residents and DMCC workers book to their own tower: any lettered cluster around the lakes, washed in the basement or podium bay the car already occupies. From AED 249 for a standard car, price fixed in writing before the visit, running seven days a week between 9am and 10pm.
You send the cluster letter, the tower and the parking level; we handle the rest. The van is engineered for exactly this environment: onboard water so no tap is needed, onboard power so no socket is touched, LED floodlights because parking levels are built for cars rather than for judging paintwork. The wash stays inside your bay's lines, the runoff is captured instead of running toward the ramp, and the level is dry when we roll out. Building managements approve quickly once they see that list.
If your own bay is genuinely unworkable, tight against a pillar or hemmed in by a neighbour, the fallback is simple: we agree a visitor bay with the building for the duration, and the car moves the few metres with you or with the tower's blessing. The wash is never cancelled over geometry; it just relocates one row.
JLT organises itself by letters, and the letters matter for logistics: each cluster is its own trio of towers with its own parking entrances, and the loop road connects them all around the water. We keep notes per building rather than per district, which entrance, which visitor procedure, which level floods with returning cars in the early evening. First visits involve a question or two more; repeat visits run on rails. The lakes and the JLT Park make the district feel residential in a way the towers alone would not, and the parade of dogs and joggers passes the van all evening.
The lake loop also shapes timing. Cluster entrances nearest the DMCC metro station see the heaviest morning and evening churn, so washes there sit best in the flat middle of the day, while the outer clusters barely notice rush hour. None of this requires thought from you; it is baked into how we offer slots. Rainy-day disruption, the standing excuse of outdoor operators, simply does not exist down here.

The figure for your specific car is confirmed on WhatsApp before anything is booked, and it holds: no additions in the basement, no renegotiation at handover. Payment lands afterwards by card link or cash.
All over the clusters, people ride the lift up to a DMCC office in the morning and leave a car underground until evening. That parked interval is exactly the window we work in. The wash is finished long before the lift comes back down, the photo confirmation arrives mid-afternoon, and the commute home happens in a car that looks collected rather than merely parked. No errand was run, no lunch break sacrificed; the basement did the work by holding still.
The handover is deliberately silent. No call, no waiting in the lobby: the finished photos land in the thread, the payment link follows, and the keys, if interior work needed them, go back to the concierge they came from. Some clients have run a long run of washes without once meeting the van.
In our experience across the clusters, yes, once the right questions are answered. Managements worry about three things: water supply, drainage mess and liability for the bay next door. The van answers all three by design, own tank, contained runoff, work confined to your bay. Where a tower wants a contractor form filled or an insurance certificate shown, we provide it. Tell us the tower name when booking and any approval dance happens before your slot, never during it.
The one thing we ask of residents is bay accuracy: level, row and number as painted, not from memory. Towers repaint and renumber, and the right code in the thread is the difference between a wash that starts on time and a van touring the basement. A photo of the bay works just as well as the number.
It keeps a car out of the sun, which is worth plenty, but clean is a different claim. Road film builds with every drive, basement dust settles in an even grey veil, and wheels collect brake dust that no rain ever rinses because rain never reaches them. The covered car's advantage is that dirt accumulates slowly and predictably, which makes a fortnightly wash the sweet spot for many JLT residents: often enough to stay genuinely clean, spaced enough to feel proportionate.
Wheels are the covered car's tell. Paint stays passable for weeks underground while dark rims quietly become black ones, and if the wheels look tired while the body looks fine, that is the fortnight talking. The wheel and caliper ceramic add-on at AED 349 slows the build-up considerably, which underground cars appreciate more than most.
The same van does deeper work in the same bays. Our JLT detailing page covers polishing, full details and ceramic coating done underground; across the highway, Dubai Marina and JBR get the equivalent service on their own pages. The whole map lives at every area.
Match the rhythm to the mileage. A daily SZR commuter builds road film fast and suits the weekly slot; a car that mostly rests underground stays presentable on a fortnight. Both run as standing arrangements at a fixed written price, same bay, same day, no rebooking messages. The mechanics are described on the at-home wash page, and switching frequency later is one line in the thread.

JLT questions
Yes, the letter makes no difference. The loop road takes the van to any cluster, and the booking works identically from A to Z.
Usually yes; we need the car plus roughly a metre around it. If your bay is genuinely pinched, we agree a visitor bay with the building for the hour instead.
Slots start at 9am. Book the first window and a standard car is done around the hour mark, well inside the morning.
No, we prefer to do it. Send the tower name and we handle security or management directly, including any forms a stricter tower wants.
Only daylight. Podium bays give us some, basements give us none, and the van's lighting makes the finish check identical either way.
Book them together. The van does both in one session, each at its own fixed price, and the shared bay becomes an advantage instead of a squeeze.
Yes. Company and employee vehicles are washed during office hours in the same bays they occupy all day, coordinated through reception or facilities.
Every cluster around the lakes, seven days a week. Fixed written price before the van enters the ramp.
