Full car detailing, without giving up your car for a day

From AED 999, the complete inside-and-out reset: decontamination, machine polish and a deep interior clean, done where the car is parked.

What does full car detailing include in Dubai?

Everything, in one visit: that is the point of the package. Apex Core's full car detailing runs from AED 999 and combines the exterior programme (snow-foam decontamination wash, clay bar, machine polish, sealant) with the complete interior reset (extraction, steam, plastics, vents, glass), plus engine bay detailing. It takes most of a day, happens at your home or office anywhere in Dubai, and the exact price for your car is fixed on WhatsApp before we drive out.

What does the AED 999 actually buy?

A full day of skilled hands and every stage on the menu that a car needs to come back to its best. The from-price covers a standard sedan in normal condition; larger cars and rougher paint are quoted exactly, once, before booking. Nothing inside the package is optional-but-extra: the clay bar is not an upsell, the polish is not a glaze pretending to be correction, and the interior is not a vacuum with ambitions. If a stage is listed, it happens, and if your car does not need a stage, we say so and quote something smaller instead.

The exterior programme, stage by stage

First the pre-rinse and snow foam, which float the desert dust off before anything touches the paint. Then the two-bucket hand wash with pH-neutral shampoo, wheels and arches with their own tools. Next decontamination: a clay bar pass that pulls bonded grit, tar and overspray out of the clear coat, the stuff washing cannot remove and the reason paint feels rough under your palm. Then the machine polish with Koch Chemie compounds, lifting swirls and haze to restore actual depth of colour. A paint sealant locks the result in for months. That order is not decoration: polishing over bonded contamination grinds it into the paint, which is exactly what bargain details do.

What happens inside the cabin?

The seats, carpets and boot get extracted with heated solution, pulling out what a vacuum only skims: fine sand, spills that soaked in, the grey film on fabric that nobody remembers arriving. Steam sanitises vents and touchpoints. Plastics and trim are detailed and dressed to factory sheen rather than gloss-slicked. Leather is cleaned and conditioned. Glass gets polished inside, where the haze that catches low sun actually lives. Everything is dried properly before handover, so the car smells clean rather than damp. If the cabin has a specific problem, smoke, pet hair, a mystery odour, say so when booking: targeted add-ons like ozone treatment bolt on at fixed prices. Child seats come out and go back correctly anchored if you ask, and the space under them, reliably the worst square metre of any family car, gets the same extraction as everything else.

SUVs, seven-seaters and the size question

Every stage of a detail scales with surface area and cabin volume, so size is the one honest reason two identical bookings carry different prices. A Land Cruiser has half again the paint of a Corolla, a third row the Corolla does not, and boot carpet that has met more sand. The from AED 999 figure is the standard-sedan anchor; SUV work is quoted from the model name in your first message, once, in writing. What never changes with size is the stage list: nothing gets skipped because the car is big, the day just uses more of itself.

How long does a full detail take?

Most of a day, and we will not pretend otherwise. Correction takes the hours it takes, and rushing it is how holograms end up in clear coat. The difference with doorstep service is that the day costs you nothing: the car sits in its own bay while you work, cook, or ignore us entirely, and completion photos land on WhatsApp when it is done. The honest breakdown of timings per package is on our duration guide.

Full car detailing or something smaller?

  • Paint dull, cabin fine: machine polishing alone from AED 799
  • Cabin rough, paint fine: deep cleaning from AED 549
  • Both tired, or you cannot tell: the full detail is built for exactly this
  • Car already excellent: a Premium Wash at AED 249 keeps it that way

Send two photos on WhatsApp, paint in sunlight and the cabin, and we answer with the smallest package that will actually fix what you have. Selling you the big one when the small one would do is a one-booking business model, and we want the next ten years of your washes.

Is full car detailing worth it before selling?

It is the single best-value moment for one, and not for vanity reasons. A buyer meeting a reset car reads care into the mechanical history too, fairly or not, and a cabin with no smells and paint with real gloss removes the two cheapest negotiation levers a buyer has. Dealers detail their stock before it hits the listing photos; private sellers who skip that step are handing the margin to the next owner. Book it before the photographs, not before the handover: the pictures do the selling, and a detailed car photographs like a different vehicle.

When is full car detailing the wrong call?

Twice, honestly. If the paint carries real damage, deep scratches through the clear coat, chips to bare metal, sun-baked failure flaking at the edges, detailing polishes the surroundings but cannot rebuild what is gone; that car needs a bodyshop first, and we will say so from your photos rather than take the booking. And if the car is a lease going back in a fortnight with normal wear, spend AED 249 on a wash and keep your money: the inspection will not reward a correction it cannot measure.

Keeping the finish after the detail

The sealant holds for months on its own, and a gentle wash rhythm makes it last: no brush tunnels, no dry dusting, shade parking where the option exists. Owners who want the result locked in longer step up to ceramic coating from AED 1,999, applied while the paint is freshly corrected, which is precisely when a coating makes most sense. Either way, the same WhatsApp thread holds the record of what was done and when, which quietly becomes your car's care history.

Also on the menu: engine bay cleaning, wheel ceramic.

Full detail questions

Before you book

Do I need to provide anything at all?

A parking space next to the car, and that is genuinely it. Water, power, lighting and every product ride in the van. Tower bays, villa driveways and office car parks all work.

Is the AED 999 price real for my car?

It is the from-price for a standard sedan in normal condition. SUVs, seven-seaters and harder-worn paint cost more, and you get the exact figure on WhatsApp before anything is booked.

Can I book a full detail for a car I'm selling?

Yes, and it is one of the best-value moments to do it. A reset car photographs better, shows better and gives a buyer fewer levers in the negotiation.

Does the polish remove all scratches?

It removes swirls, haze and light scratches that live in the clear coat. Anything deep enough to catch a fingernail is beyond polishing, and we will tell you from photos before the visit, not at the car.

How often should a car get the full treatment?

Once or twice a year for most cars in Dubai, with washes in between. Coated cars usually stretch the interval further because the paint stays cleaner between visits.

Can you do two cars on the same visit?

Yes. Household bookings with a second car are common, and doing both in one visit is easier for everyone. Mention both models on WhatsApp and we quote them together.

Do you detail convertibles and soft-tops?

Yes, with the roof treated as its own material rather than painted metal. Mention the soft-top when booking so the right products are on the van.

What if it rains or a dust storm hits on the day?

We watch the forecast and rebook with you rather than deliver a compromised result. A detail finished into a dust storm is money wasted, and covered bays remove the question entirely.
